Messaggio Parchment was wrong!!!
I have recently discovered that the Grand Parchment was wrong!!!
If you use only the additional 128 letters, you get the message:

BERGETEPASDETENTATIONQUEPOUSSINTENIERSGARDENTLACLEFSAXDCLXHXIPARLACROIXETCECHEVALDEDIEUJACHEVECEDAEMONDEGARDIENAMIDIPOMMESBLEUES

with three obvious errors (bergeTe, Sax & DCLXHXI).

Interestingly, De Chérisey was probably aware of it. In fact, although the parchment contained the wrong message, when he explains the method he introduces the correction of three letters without stressing it in any way, as if he wanted to hide it. And he did it both on Circuit and Pierre et Papier.

All the interesting details here:

Gosh!

The task of extracting this message is even more intriguingly impossible when one considers that the total number of extra letters in the Grand Parchemin is actually 151 (not 128 as de Sède claims) - and this is not including the serious errors in the coded text.

I add here my conclusions:

De Chérisey was able to extract from the parchment a message only because he knew the message in advance. The parchment contains 3 errors, and De Chérisey, in order to get the correct message, introduces 3 corrections (without justifying them) in the methods explained both in "Circuit" and "Pierre et Papier".
The fact he knew the correct message is, to me, a strong clue of the fact he was the creator of the same.
But the creator of the parchment made 3 mistakes? Yes, it is so. But what this adds to the question "Who's the creator?"? Nothing at all.
So far, the best and most coherent explanation is the one which considers De Chérisey the author of the parchment.
